CMS and the OAS CAHPS Survey Coordination Team have created a new resource document – OAS CAHPS Participation Overview – available under “Quick Links” on the Home page (https://oascahps.org/). It illustrates the responsibilities and actions required by hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs) and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) to participate in the OAS CAHPS Survey. We encourage vendors to refer hospitals and/or ASCs to this document.
