Registration Now Open for the Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training Session

Registration is now open for the Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery CAHPS (OAS CAHPS) Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training session, which will take place on November 15, 2018 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time.

Survey vendors who wish to retain their status as approved OAS CAHPS Survey vendors are required to have their designated OAS CAHPS Project Director attend the entire session.

We strongly encourage each OAS CAHPS Project Director to have all key OAS CAHPS staff, including sampling and data managers, as well as key subcontractors, attend the training. For purposes of this survey, "substantive work" is defined as follows:

• ANY statistical function, including sample selection,
• telephone survey data collection (i.e., if an approved vendor is subcontracting telephone data collection activities),
• mail or questionnaire receipt and processing, and
• construction or submission of XML data files.

There are no restrictions on the number of people attending or the number of lines required for each vendor; however, we encourage vendors to gather in one location as much as possible.
