Registration Now Open for the Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training Session

Registration is now open for the Outpatient and Ambulatory Surgery CAHPS (OAS CAHPS) Survey Vendors Update Webinar training session.

• The OAS CAHPS Survey Vendor Update training will take place on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Survey vendors who wish to retain their status as approved OAS CAHPS Survey vendors must have their designated OAS CAHPS Project Manager attend the entire session.
• Registration will close at 5:00 PM Eastern Time on November 14, 2016.
• We strongly encourage each OAS CAHPS Project Manager to have all key OAS CAHPS staff, including sampling and data managers, as well as subcontractors, attend the training.
• There are no restrictions on the number of people attending or the number of lines required for each vendor; however, we encourage vendors to gather in one location as much as possible.
