The Introduction to the OAS CAHPS Survey Training Session

• Note that the Intro training has two parts (Session I and Session II). Session I will take place on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 from 1:00-5:00 PM ET. Session II will take place on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 1:00-5:00 PM ET.
• Participation in both sessions of the Introduction to the OAS CAHPS Survey Webinar training is required for survey vendors seeking to become approved OAS CAHPS Survey vendors. Survey vendors who are already approved OAS CAHPS Survey vendors are also welcome to attend, but their attendance is not required.
• Power point slides and an agenda for each of these training sessions have been posted.

The OAS CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Webinar Training Session

• The OAS CAHPS Survey Vendor Update Training Session will take place on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 1:00-4:00 PM ET.
• Participation in the Vendor Update Training Session is required for approved OAS CAHPS Survey vendors to retain their OAS CAHPS Survey vendor approval status.
• Power point slides and an agenda for this training session have been posted.
