CMS and the OAS CAHPS Survey Coordination Team have created a new resource document – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for Hospital and ASCs – available under “Quick Links” on the Home page. It contains the most frequently asked questions received through the OAS CAHPS technical assistance email and toll-free telephone line. We encourage vendors to refer hospitals and/or ASCs to this document for general information about the OAS CAHPS Survey.
