New May 31st Deadline for Submitting an Updated OAS CAHPS Quality Assurance Plan

Based on feedback received from OAS CAHPS Survey vendors during the recent
2018 OAS CAHPS Vendor Update training session, the OAS CAHPS Survey
Coordination Team has changed the deadline for OAS CAHPS Survey vendors to
update and submit their organization's annual Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to 11:59 PM Eastern Time on May 31st, of each
year.
As a reminder, survey vendors must submit their updated QAP by accessing
the Submit Quality Assurance Plan option under the "For Vendors"
menu on the grey bar at the top of the OAS CAHPS website's home page.
In addition, approved survey vendors must submit a revised QAP at any time
the vendor has a change in OAS CAHPS personnel, capabilities, or systems
that are used to administer the OAS CAHPS Survey. The QAP must describe how
the survey vendor will implement, comply with, and provide oversight of all
sampling, survey, and data processing activities associated with the OAS
CAHPS Survey.
