Update to the Simplified and Traditional Chinese Versions of the Cover Letter for the Second Questionnaire Mailing

The OAS CAHPS Survey Coordination Team has added a sentence to the third paragraph in the Simplified and Traditional Chinese versions of the sample cover letter for the second questionnaire mailing. The English version of this sentence reads: “The results of this survey will be used to help us understand more about patient experiences in our facility.” The revised versions of the second cover letter documents have been re-posted on the Survey Materials page, linked here.

Please update your organization’s Chinese cover letters accordingly.

This revision will be incorporated into the next version of the Protocols and Guidelines Manual.
