Minor Addition to the Sample Cover Letter for the Second Questionnaire Mailing in All Languages

The OAS CAHPS Survey Coordination Team has added a sentence to the sample cover letter for the second questionnaire mailing in all OAS CAHPS languages – “Your answers to the survey will be grouped with answers from all other survey participants; your name and identifying information will not be linked to your answers when the data are analyzed.” The revised versions of this document have been re-posted on the Survey Materials page. Please update your organization’s OAS CAHPS Survey materials accordingly.

This revision will be incorporated into the next version of the Protocols and Guidelines Manual.
