Minor Revisions to the CATI Scripts in English and Spanish

The OAS CAHPS Survey Coordination Team has made two revisions to the English and Spanish versions of the CATI questionnaire.

1. Added a vendor instruction to page 1 clarifying that the length of the survey (in INTRO2) can vary depending on whether supplemental questions are used.
2. Added optional survey items (INEL1, INEL2, and INEL_END), which vendors can use when a new telephone number for a sampled patient has been identified from a source other than the facility. The revised versions of the CATI scripts (in English and Spanish) have been re-posted on the Survey Materials page, linked here. Please update your organization's OAS CAHPS Survey materials accordingly, if needed.

These revisions will be incorporated into the next version of the Protocols and Guidelines Manual.
