OAS CAHPS Russian Letters and Email Invitations Now Available

Updated Russian translations of the OAS CAHPS letters and email invitations are now available as standalone documents on the Survey Materials page on the OAS CAHPS website. They are also included in Appendix F of the OAS CAHPS Protocols & Guidelines Manual. As a reminder, vendors must use these new letters and email invitations or submit an Exceptions Request Form (ERF) for any changes they wish to make to the materials. Vendors should begin implementing these translations as soon as possible.
