OAS CAHPS Response Rate Percentiles by Mode Report Now Available

CMS has released a new OAS CAHPS Response Rate Percentiles by Mode Report that can be accessed in the "Quick Links" box on the OAS CAHPS website homepage. The current report uses data from patients who received an outpatient surgery or procedure between April 2024 and March 2025. The report will be updated quarterly when OAS CAHPS public reporting results are refreshed on CMS websites.
